Application Procedure

Use of Beans Plus during non-school hours is scheduled through the Building Reservations office using the following procedures:

1. Submit a completed Facility Use Request Form to the Building Reservations office at least 14 business days in advance of the event. Include set-up and clean-up time when making your request.
2. Once your space is confirmed a contract listing all approved spaces, dates and times will be mailed to you.
3. If within 14 days of the event, please call to check for space availability.

Charges and Billing

All fees are due prior to the event. Beans Plus honors debit cards and all major credit cards. Insufficient fund checks will be charged a $30 state-allowed fee.

• Room Rental includes: pens, notepads, water glasses, carafes, tables,
  chairs, signage
• Tablecloths on food service tables are provided at no additional cost
• Beans Plus is a non-smoking campus
• Room Rental will be based on an 8 hour meeting, an additional charge
  of $10.00 per hour thereafter
